If you haven't had sex since 2003, I certainly hope you've seen your gynecologist over this period of time. No one would notice abnormalities quicker.Most women spring back, even after child-birth, some don't. Unless you were abused down-below, you're probably okay. Read some accredited publications on exercises and toning.Being with a well-endowed man may have little to do with the tone of your vaginal walls. Gravity, age, and hormonal changes happen to all of us, male or female.
