Has his cheating played with my head?

A female age 41-50, *ost it writes:

My husband cheated on me 3 times first his cousin,that i found out about after a while,then landords daughter,the third time we had gone out parting me my cousin(not the same cousin from the first incident)and him got so drunk we shared the same bed.something said to me get up and there my husband was trying to undress my cousin but she was fast a sleep while he was doing that.i sat up and asked what he was doing he had such a shock that he ran away and it took me hours to find him,i had to beg him to come home.Anyway i have tried forgiving him but its so hard to forget.its been a year now ever since our drama he says he has changed but i constantly have this insercurity,i accuse him when he talks to other chicks.i am just scared it is really playing on me phyicilogicly.
