I am currently 24 and been with my boyfriend for 3 years now. We are not married but we will be some day (I already know he has a ring, one of his friends let it slip, im just not sure when hes going to pop the question or how =)
And what I meant by now is that Im ready. I've wanted a baby since I was around 15 but knew that I'm not ready even though I want one but now I feel ready aswell as being more financially stable and I've already been living with my boyfriend for a just under 2 year so it just feels right if you understand what I mean by that.

I know several women with PCOS who got pregnant without too much trouble when using medication.

have you talked to your doctor about it? that would be my best advice.
I know of women who have had PCOS and have had babies.
My concern is that you WANT a BABY NOW... and you are not in a long term committed relationship. Just because you and your boyfriend want a baby does not make it a good idea.
Babies are NOT toys they are LIFE LONG heavy duty commitments. If my child male or female came to me and said they wanted a baby and were not married I would not be happy. If you are willing to have a baby with this boyfriend why aren't you marrying him?
