I have been wanting to get a breast enlargement for years and really want to go up 2 cup sizes but still look very natural as if they were my own. I was wondering if anyone could give me any advice on who is the best or own personal stories. do your breasts feel hard? Do they still hang as normal and will i need to get them done again after 30 years?

Any info would be great! : )

Well all women want a perfect pair of breasts so surgery seems to be a great way to go however they as everything else have risks. I think satindesire put up some good links for you to explain the risks.

in the long run some women go overseas to do it which is cheaper however if you have a problem with it you cant go back over to the country where you had the surgery quickly so there may be permanent damage.if you have the surgery done here you can get it checked up on regularly and have appointments and see the surgeon who performed the surgery regularly to make sure things dont go wrong.

also i have never felt fake boobs but i think they do also look unnaturally perky.however i think it depends on how big you get them.a really big cup size like a d is too big as it looks very fake.i think though a smaller cup size or just going to a d cup is good enough to not look too fake.

Yes, I have them. I had three kids and my breast looked like pancakes, to make matters worse, I had stretch marks like crazy. I opted for the breast surgery only. Before I had the surgery, I could not look at myself naked in the mirror without feeling shame. I did not want to undress in front of my husband even though they are his children that did this to me.

I have had my new breast for 7 years now. I have never had a problem with them and I can look at myself in the mirror and see a good looking woman again. I actually like myself naked :). My breast look very natural, they feel harder than real breasts however. (makes me wonder what kind of boobs the woman was talking about that said they are squishy?)

I have since been divorced and have slept with two other men. One suspected, but never asked. The other never suspected a thing, or never asked as well. They both always made comment about how wonderful they look.

Hope this helps you.

I just got mine done and am recovering. I'm already happy but can't really give much information about the final product.

I came to Costa Rica and my doctor is Luis Da Cruz. he speaks english and was educated in the united states. the care here is better than in the states and it is much cheaper than home.

So far i highly recommend it. But mine are still all bandaged and bruised so i can't tell you much about how they feel. They are practically in my face, but i'm told they'll go down.

Good luck with whatever you decide. Just know that men like all boobs big or small. Only change something if it makes you happy. It won't make a man love you more.

You won't have them a full 30 years, most need to be redone every 10. And they will never feel like breasts. Personally I think they feel HORRENDOUS. I would start crying if I touched mine and they felt like that. Kind of like feeling a squishy rock or something. They won't "hang" as normal, they generally look unnaturally perky (usually). I think they look silly. I'm not against cosmetic surgery at all, and if they had a way for breast augmentation to look and feel even somewhat natural I would be all for it. But to me they look and feel totally ridiculous. Some doctors are in fact great at making them look good, but they are extremely pricey. You'll definitely need to shop around. Also, be aware that they can rupture and you will periodically need to get MRIs, and if they rupture you will need to pay full price to have them replaced. Also, they make it near impossible to detect breast cancer. My advice, try a water bra, or enjoy your current breasts. Trust me, men love ALL sizes. They really do I promise! I have a fairly flat chest and my boyfriend loves mine and with the right bras, I have found ways to look curvier and look great in bikinis.
