writes:I'm on my second tray of Microgynon 30 pills and for the last few days my breasts have been incredibly painful and my bras have been feeling tight and restrictive.I was a 34B last time I was measured and have been a 34B since the age of 14 (I'm 16 now).Just wondering if anyone else has had an experience or knows anything about Microgynon 30 increasing breast size and/or causing breast pain/tenderness.

 The pill can cause breast tenderness and growth in some women. It's a very common side effect. If it persists you can talk to your doctor about switching pills.
