Unfortunately i cant seem to get the body i want. Do not get me wrong, i and not overweight, in fact i am six foot and only weight 127 pounds. I just cant get perfect abs, big arms, or a nice chest.I dont even need those, i just want to be a little more defined than i am. I play many sports (basketball, soccer, skateboard, snowboard, surf) and do about 200 sit up/crouches and about 100 push-ups everynight. I also try anything that seems like it could help but i cant find anything to give me the results that i want. Any advice on how i could improve my body? anyone know of anything that might help? i would really appreciate it.

You sound like you have quite an athletic figure. Have you thought of doing Yoga? That's really good at defining the body and using muscles correctly. Also, martial arts could be a good idea. Keeps you fit and gives you body and self confidence...and you learn how to defend yourself too...bonus!

Hello mate. Maybe I can shed some light on fitness and exercise for you. (This is based from First Aid and Basic Qualification in Physical Education studies)
First, I do not recommend muscle definition exercise to under 18s - this is debateable but aspects of your body won't complete growing until 21. Straining them early on can cause problems in future (back problems anyone?). This point of view is debateable.
There are three things you need to look at:
EXERCISE
You need to realise there are two types of muscle training. Muscle definition and muscle endurance (named differently from place to place). Do not do 200 sit/ups a day. Do not do 100 push ups a day.
Firstly, you almost certainly will be doing muscle endurance training (done properly this tones muscles, makes it trim, tight and lean and gives a great level of stamina - not what you want though). Second you are doing these everyday - you are not taking rest days so your muscles will be getting damaged, Third you are not giving the chance for your muscle to use proteins and amino acids to develop any more muscle. Fourth you are not progressing at a steady rate.
From what you have said you have taken the wrong attitude to training and this sounds like it is damaging you. You should invest in a personal trainer or at least buy a guide on exercising.
You need to exercise 30mins 3 times a week. Try Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday - That's it. You need to progress. Start on 10 push ups, 10 squats for the three sessions in one week. Then the next week you do 15 puch ups and 15 squats - you will be able to pick a book on this. Free weights (dumbbells) and gyms will be good.
DIET
The other 50% of weight fitness is what you eat. First eat healthy. Then you need to consider your protein, carbohydrate, sugar, calorie intake. This varies from person to person. Intake for an overweight and skinny person would be different.
You should get advice from you doctor or a nurtionalist/dietician.
LIFESYLE
Your life will also play a part too. Where you live, polution, whether you can afford the healthier food, etc.
Please understand there is a lot to consider and if you are serious about this sort of exercise then you should consult with professionals.
