She bi-polar and has issues!(I knew better then to give her my cell phone #) If something doesn't go her way she threaten my four yr old son and I. For example today she texted my boyfriend.."my elect got turned off, you fu*kin better do somthing", another text "her son has elect., she better watch herself its on, im calling dss on joey", Just so u know I've only met her once out of repect that when my bf takes the kids I'm around them. Thought i was doin the right thing at the time, Ive never met a women so messed up, how can a mother threaten someone elses kids, its not right and I don't know what to do. The family court has even got involved and told her to stop harrassin us. Two wks ago we watch her dog while she was on vacation and she text my bf during the wk "if u dont pick up my calls Im calling the police to say u stole the dog and dss will be in touch w/ ur gf" I never done anything to this women! back to her elect. gettin turned off she spent all her money on her hair, nails, she doesnt wk, has section 8 and my bf pays court ordered child support 100 a wk and her comcast bill...that about 200 a mth. she irresponsible, I pay my bills, work 6 days a week to take care of my son, he is the love of my life..Can anyone please help me.. I dont know what to do? its wrong to threaten a 4yr old boy! i really am scared she'll do something or have someone else do something, and i shouldnt have to live like this! please help. DSS is for children who truly need help. not a way of revenge, and she should get in trouble for false reports!

 This is your boyfriend's baggage, not yours. He needs to stand up to her, record all of his conversations, and document everything she says down to the date and time. He needs to stick to the court appointed child support payments and send not a penny more. If she's getting her electricity turned off, he needs to go to court and petition for custody of his kids.
If his ex is threatening your son, you need to do everything you can to protect him. He is more important than your boyfriend, and if your boyfriend doesn't stop his ex's harrassment of your boy, you need to leave him.
You can stop "living like this" by leaving the boyfriend, or by your boyfriend standing up to his ex.

If u are fearful for your son then u need to choose: either this man or your sons safety.
