Hi im13 and i posted a question middle of december about my mates ex and wether she was off limits. But ill start from the beggining:

Basically the first time i saw this girl-lets call her emily-i thought she was gorgeous but at the time she was going out with my best mate. Then they split up and a month after that emilys best mate texts me and says will u go out with her. I asked why and she said she fancied me. We texted but i messed it up by not seeing her for ages and then she told me she didnt fancy me (she wouldnt say wether she did in the first place). I was fine at the start but i started to get upset a week after emily told me. Then today i found out she is going back out with my best mate (who she originally wnet out with). I am happy for my best mate cos he still fancied her buti feel crushed inside about the fact i messed it up. help! thanks for reading sorry its so long.

Hi. I'm sorry I can't offer much advice, but I did want you to know that I've been in the same situation. Eventually, they broke up, I got to know her better, and she started to like me. I started not liking her as much, though, and and even began to think she was kind of annoying. I said "no" when she asked me out. I guess the best thing to do is wait. Think posatively, too. It may even be that she is not the right one for you. Good luck.
