I have always been one ever since I was little to be looking forward to their wedding day and all of the things in between. I was wondering if anyone can offer me advice as to what I should be looking for in the next guy that I date as well as characteristics that I should avoid. Do you believe that someone a few years older than me would be a better way to go? I have always been about long term relationships and honestly the last guy I dated I thought I was going to end up with...I guess you would just call that young love. The problem with that relationship was the lack of maturity on his part more so. He was still into the whole computer game phase and all and hanging out with his guy friends. No one has caught my eye yet, but thinking about the future I want the next guy to be" the guy". So, for all the happily married couples out there; I need your words of wisdom. I am definitely mature for my age. I'm a freshman in college who had never drank, who is not at interested in going to those college parties, and my studies always come first as well as my family. I hope someone can help me out!Thanks.
