Imagine being excited for being a dad, talking to the belly every time, kissing the belly, taking care of you extra soecial for 9 months only to later find out that it's not his child? That's just as bad as cheating on him... which you did.
You'll practically drive him to suicide. Be honest with him now.

So how does your fiancee know that you are pregnant if YOU ARE NOT SURE YET? First get a pregnancy test! You could also go to a clinic and get tested there, but a home preg test should be just fine.

If it's the former you need to arm yourself with the facts as soon as possible. There's a very real chance you could be pregnant, so the first thing you need to do is buy a couple of pregnancy tests and find out for sure whether you're pregnant or not. If so, visit your doctor and explore your options. If you're pregnant with your ex's child, you need to be open and honest with him and your fiancé, and you may risk your relationships with them both. I hope this experience has taught you not to be so irresponsible as to cheat on your fiancé and have unprotected sex.
