Me and my boyfriends split up after two years, we remained best friends and it hasn't helped us get over eachother, i still love him like a boyfriend and recently i have caused an argument that made my friend end our friendship, he will not talk to me. I want him back so much. Whats the best way to get his forgivness and for him to listen to me? Thanks

Royofthe Rovers agony auntGive him time.. Your feelings for your ex are clearly what is causing the problem. It is hard to find a balance between friend and lover.

I have had a similiar situation and I had to choose not to see the person again. Purely because I knew i would be always looking for more out of the relationship, and that is not good for either of you.

I`m not saying this is what you should do, but if you cant draw a line under the relationship; you are putting pressure on him and on yourself and is only going to end up with someone getting hurt.

I would just give him the space he needs for now....

I wish you all the best..x
