Your dental hygiene might be an issue. Or they just don't like all the spit swapping that some women do (because many women are actually terrible kissers - in my expereince anyway).It might also be that they don't want to come on too strong, or take it too fast. A possibility is that they even might be too shy to do it or they've been told before they're bad at kissing and aren't confident enough to do it.
