During the lesson, he would turn his face at me and stares at me, andhe ddoesn't look away when I catch him staring at me, he would turn his face after 10 seconds and then he smiles, he DOES this daily and multiple times in a day. Today at the break I was hanging out with my friends, he came up straight to me and he kept staring for about a minute, he smiled and then he had an intense look on his face, my friends told him 'why are you staring at her for too long? Do you like her?'' I blushed and he just said nothing and kept staring at me until his friends came up to him and then he went. Also he always teases me in a friendly way. Now what I'd love to know is, why he keeps staring at me for too long and everyday? Does he like me? I don't know how to react when he stares at me because I go shy and I blush.

You also get to know a bit about him..does his touch seem ok.
Does he have a "you will meet a tall dark handsome man" reading for you.
Is he deaf and totally reliant on sign language and lip reading?
Or do the words just get stuck in his throat and he wants to say "i love you" but knows its way too soon.
Think common ground. What would you say if you were stuck in a lift with him for ten minutes?

He could be interested in you or he thinks he can intimidate you.
Only way to find out, is get to know him - IF you are interested in him. If you are not... ignore it.

Gazing at someone like that sounds like something people would do when they show interest of course, but him walking up to you and just looking at you without saying anything like that sounds really, really strange... I would watch he isn't just trying to be funny with his friends. Either that or he is making his interest very clear (in a weird way)

Staring and smiling at someone ,in general, suggests that they fancy some one. Walking up to you without saying anything seems a little bit weird though. Do fancy him, If so next time he stares why not walk up and say 'Hi' ?
