After some few months i was convinced that he felt the same, so i decided to explain all my feelings to him over the internet because i was scared to face him. To my surprise he said he didnt feel the same way, i was so shocked. But then i got over it as a year went by... Now ive moved on but i feel like he s always trying to get in my busines. Because everytime i get very close to someone, he would become very kind and sweet to them even though he never used to talk to them that way before. I mean why does he do that? Is there anything that he s trying to prove to me? Please help.

However it could also be that he enjoys the flattery and attention he gets believing you still fancy him and he doesn't want to lose that when you become involved with someone else.
Whatever his motives, he had his chance. You went out on a limb, risking rejection when you revealed how you felt about him. Even if he fancied you but was just too shy, he left you hanging on that limb. Not very chivalrous.
