being a female (thus not owning a penis) i think i may be able to give you a little perspective from what a woman may think when this pre-cum situation arises (no pun intended). if i were with a guy and this happened, i might initially think that he was finished, BUT, if he were to explain to me (not in great detail of course) that he still had more, i'm sure that i would be very happy. (i might even think that once he got all that cum out of the way, he'd be able to go for longer..whether this is true or not). so just make sure she knows that what she saw was not the main event. just clean up a little and keep on doing what you were doing and i'm sure she won't be disappointed! however, don't apologize because then she'll think that you really did pre-ejaculate. by stopping, you'll confirm her beliefs. i'm not so sure that there are penis exercises you could do, so just keep your head up (haha no pun intended once again), and go for the gold! hope this helped you :)
