There are things you need to consider first. Are you looking only for a hook-up, or would you like a longer-lasting relationship? If you want to just a one night stand, try and make your intentions known. Try flirting, that is the most basic way to do it. If she responds, great, if not, move on to the next girl. Don't go to friends for sex, it doesn't work that way. On the other hand, if you would like a relationship with a girl (which includes sex) then just go along with what you have been doing, and you will meet a girl who loves your personality and father figure, and will want to be with you.

There are a ton of books available about how to seduce women. Read them. Then figure out what you are doing wrong, and change your approach. Good Luck.
