 Definitely go see a doctor and other than that take it easy for a week or two. My assumption is that there is a tear in the foreskin that you want to give time to heal otherwise it will continue to bleed. The amount of blood is most likely due to the fact that there is alot of blood in that region when you are aroused.
Get it checked out because I know you value that part of you very much so it needs to be taken care of.

 If it is heavy bleeding, call your doctor and ask if you should come in. If it is just spotting, and the bleeding is calming down, it is just a wound that will heal itself. Keep it protected so the wound wont rip up, and be gentle with it, and let it heal. It should be fine.

See a damn Doctor, pronto. I know it's embarrassing, but I guarantee you he/she has seen far worse.
