 Vibrators tend to work better, unless you're lucky and have a talent for how to use your hands. It's not a lesbian thing to use a vibrator. Vibrators are not something only for single women either, they can be used to masturbate even when you are in a relationship, or used together with your boyfriend/husband during sex.
