Getting over a broken heart when you still have to see them?

Question - (28 April 2011) 1 Answers - (Newest, 29 April 2011)
A female Ireland age 30-35, anonymous writes:

How do you get over a broken heart when you still have to see her weekly? Should I just grin and bare it or try to never see her at all?

I don't want to do the later because I really don't want to give up a sport i love (which is where I see her). And the "grin and bare it" method is driving me crazy, doesn't seem to be working.

Help! =) - thanks.

loveonce agony aunt

friend this feeling may be due to two reasons:

1.you are still in love/attraction with her

2.Or you find yourself guilty of breaking up.

now if you are still attracted then realise that she is not that much serious with you,and she moved on...so it's of no result to mourn for a relation which is not mutual..

you do not leave you sport, just be serious and stop grinning while making eye contact, always, you may wait for her to smile first.. you may try to avoid her...but still if she tries to make a contact and smile, and it hurts you then stop contacting completely...

2..if you feel guilty then you may say sorry for what went wrong..at any appropriate time..
