We live states apart but every time he visits which is a few times a year I always perform oral sex on him sometimes a couple of times a day. Yhe most he will do is give me a hand job!  he could be bi and be in denial but like emilysanswers said he can close his eyes and think of who ever he wants he can be using you every time he sees you he gives you hand jobs that could be a hint hes telling he is bi but he could be just doing that to make you feel he isnt using you and so he gets more pleasure of what you do to him

If you are going to let him use you then he can close his eyes and think of who ever he wants.
I really don't think you are ever going to get what you want from him, but he may go further sexually just because it'll be sex on a plate and he can dump you afterwards.
