Gaining weight on my face and arms. Could I see a difference in just one day?

Recently i've noticed that i gain some weight on my body.i notice the weight gain more on my face, and arms.Is it possible for me to drop 5 pounds in one day? I plan to excercise for almost the whole entire day tommorow before father's day on sunday. Will I see a change in my appearance? please help me.

Why do you feel you need to lose 5 pounds in one day? What is bothering you about it?

The only way to loose 5 pounds in one day is either to get some kind of tropical disease which gives you vomiting and diahorrea and you'll loose all your water and muscles.... or the other option is to chop off one of your legs.

If you want to tone up that is great, sing and move your mouth and jaw around (looks silly so do it alone) and get a couple of tins of beans and do some arm exercises.

You could also go swimming as that uses every single muscle you have.

You can't do it in a day though, that is just silly, sorry.

lexilou agony auntYou may lose water through sweat but you will probably not see a difference in your appearance especially in specific areas as you are unlikely to burn fat that quickly. If you are unhappy with your weight you need to tackle your diet first and also excercise on a regular basis. It is not healthy to try and lose weight with extreme excercise regimes or extreme diets or starvtion, do it properly take one day at a time and the results will show within weeks and you will stay healthy and maintain a sensible weight.

If you are doing if for your father for father's day, dont, he will love you as you are x

I don't think that's a particularly healthy way of losing weight - too much too quick - but I suppose you could try running a marathon. Make sure you stay hydrated - in other words make sure you pee as normal and that the colour of it doesn't get too dark. Dark pee = dehydration.
