my friend has a friend that like to flirt with her boyfriend ...what can i do?

Your friend needs to speak with her about this, and if they girl seems sorry or like she didn't mean it, she should forgive her. If the friend becomes defensive or doesn't see the problem, this friend needs to be dropped.
