It's been almost a week now and it still hurts to move around too much, and the healing seems to be very slow--probably because it really never gets a chance to heal with all the movement, etc.Has anyone else experienced a friction rash from anal sex, and if so, what did you do to treat it?

In my best guess, you have a rash due to fecal matter on your skin being left there for even a short period of time. Or something worse, you could have created fissures in your anal canal and you are leaking fecal matter onto your skin. You need medical attention.
The anus is an exit and there are many medical problems that can result from having anal sex...but to each his/her own.
Take care.
