writes: I've heard from a close friend that my ex boyfriend cheated on me about a week before we broke up, kissing a girl in a public place with onlookers (one of them being my friends bf). I'm in the process of trying to get over him as he has a new girl, but I like to think that there's a possibility of us getting back together in the future. So I want to know if it's true, but i don't know how. I don't know how much I can trust my friend because she hates this guy (they were together once and she dumped him for his best mate, and now she finds him difficult to be around because of guilt etc.). I'd ask my ex myself, but he seems to be avoiding me after we last had sex because he was with his new girl at the time (if only for 24 hours) and no doubt feels guilty or something. I know that the fact that he cheated on his new gf with me proves he's a cheater, but I think it's different because we were together for 4 months and he barely knew this new girl. The only other person my friend says that I know who was on onlooker was her bf, but they've now broken up so we don't speak.

Im sorry to say but i think you should just get over this guy and move on with your life, if he did cheat on you then who's to say that if he got back with you he'd do it again..i think your best bet is to just forget him seeing he has a new g/friend ..if you find you cant, and you need to know and make sure whether there's any hope of getting back with him, why not drop him a txt that way its private without getting none of your friends involved ..if he doesn't reply to your txt at least your know where your stand and then you can move on with your life.
