writes:i met this person ten years ago. within the two years of the start of our relationship (friendship), he declared his love for me and has been doing so until now. we both have had relationships with different people within the ten years, we have lost contactwith each other and found each other again in the ten years. i am currently been involved with a guy for almost three years now which i thought was doing well until recently went we started talking again with my "friend". i searched for him found him we, we started talking, now i am very confused, i don't know what to do. do i love my friend now or always have but just didn't admit my feelings for him? what happens to the guy that i am with now? reader, anonymous, writes (19 April 2011): I would have to ask why if he loved you did he not leave his relationship if that were true? Why did he not track you down? I have a feeling you may be ignoring some obvious red flags.
