I have been with my boyfriend for nearly 4 years, and i really love him and thought he loved me,until when we were away the other week.I was very ill, and he had left me to recover in our hotel room. The room didnt have a clock and we were using his phone for telling the time,so i got up to check it,and when i opened it he had left it on his contacts and there was a girls name staring at me that i didnt reconise. So i had to check his messages to reasure myself it was nothing.Well it was something,he has been sleeping with her,and i didnt know what to do,i was so angry, but i didnt say anything as i didnt want him to first of all have a go at me for looking at his phone, and change it round as my fault, and secondly ruining our friends holiday that we were away with. Now i dont know what to do,i have only told my sister, and i cant sleep knowing he could be with her now.But i feel like i want to catch him at it,because at the moment i cant believe its true and i havent even cried.I feel so stupid,i trusted this man with my life.He always said he never understood people that cheated and that why not just break up with someone first if your not happy. But from these messages,he doesnt sound guilty at all,and he is'nt acting it either.

Your advice would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

OK, maybe you shouldnt have looked at his phone, but what he has been doing is FAR worse, HE is the one in the wrong, NOT you!

Confront him and demand an explaination, if he cant provide one that you can accept, dump him.
