Here's the issue I am addressing: That 13-year old boy (let's pretend his name is Josh)is being unusually sexual toward me. He touches me involuntarily, and kissed me on the lips when I was sleeping. I found out when I woke up because he told me. I dont think he understands that I'm his legal sister, and he can't be like that. Please help!!! Reply to this Question
