A bit of white, clear or creamy vaginal discharge is perfectly normal. It is actually one of the ways your body cleans itself, shedding some dead skin cells from inside your vagina.
Some of this is produced by glands inside you to help cleans the vagina of old skin cells and unwanted bacteria inside. Most natural vaginal bacteria is good though.
Unless it becomes very excessive, changes color or begins to smell really nasty, you are fine. See a gyn if it does.
Just cleans daily but do not ever douche - that can change your vaginal chemistry and cause all kinds of bacterial probs. An unbalanced amount of chemistry down there can get really unpleasant.
Also, avoid any kind of oily lubricants and use a neutral pH soap rather than most popular brands.
When you wipe down there, go from top of the vulva to bottom rather than bottom to top as many girls do. That can spread unwanted bacteria from your perineum or anal opening into your vagina.
I would think you could Google or search some of the medical Web sites to find out more about vaginal discharge.
