Get a pregnancy test before you say you are pregnant. You don't know yet. I dont want to point any fingers at you but I hope you have learned a lesson. First use protection if you at all have sex. Then second don't rush into things. I hope you are not pregnant so you can get away with the scare alone.
If you are pregnant, contact your doctor and get an appointment to determine how far along you are, possibly get an appointment with someone who can talk to you about abortions and your feelings surrounding that. Also if you are pregnant include your family, especially your mother/parents. And then contact the guy who's about to be a father and tell him the news. And take it from there.
I dont think trying to get together with this guy again will be a good idea as he has shown you he takes little if any responsibility and he is older than you and should have known better.
Take one thing at a time! First go get tested before you take upon you unecessary burdens.

First, find out if you are pregnant. Buy a test or go see your doctor. If you are not, then perhaps you need to explore obtaining contraception for yourself.
If you are pregnant, then you need to see if you can find him to financially support his child. Do you have any contact information for him?
Good luck to you.
