I am 15 now, and Its been almost 5 months since my last one, and when i get it it last 4 days at most and is very very light. My mood swings are all over the place now though... I'm worried something may be wrong, but I also just found out that I am mildly bipolar. so do you think the emotions are stopping my periods? but what can i do to get my period? i know theres no real answer to that... but how do i become less stressed? I'm really starting to worry.

Your period may be irregular due to stress, diet, too much exercise... birth control?
You say you're a virgin, so there's absolutely nothing to worry about; you're not pregnant - it can be any of the reasons I listed.
Also, it can take up to 3 years for a girl's period to be regular, so are you sure your period hasn't always been all over the place?

I hope this helps you!

Have you lost weight? Like, a lot of weight? Because sometimes, girls miss their periods when they're underweight. I think vegetarian girls may have this problem, but I don't think it's very common, and regardless if you're vegetarian or not, it has to do with the fat in your body.
Anyway, I know it may be embarrassing but you should check with your GP to make sure you're ok, or if you're dealing with something more complicated like a hormonal disorder.
Still, there are a lot of factors that affect your periods.
Take care.
