No. The chances of a condom, before its used by date, has no more chance than any other time.
Probably less seeing as you;'d be going slow the first time and less pressure is put on it.
But all this is moot. You are too young to agree to a sexual experience with another person. Check the age of consent laws in your state because as an American it will most likely be between 16 and 18, in fact most likely 18.
I would advise you to do nothing more adventurous then mutual masturbation at most. Even then I'd probably not at your age. I'd stick to making out.

reader, anonymous, writes (15 January 2009): if you're not ready then wait.. trust me you'll regret it if you're not ready. and that is not true. if the condom is used the correct way then it should not break. and you should always use a condom and maybe even birth control to be extra safe. don't try to get pregnant, you're way too young and your bf may think he's ready to be a father, but trust me he's not.. the first time should be with someone you really care about and you're not questioning it. you'll know when you're ready. it may hurt a lot too by the way. just wait till you're mature and ready for this stuff. take care.
