 Ok,this girl has turned you down,but you still think that she might be interested? Well if i was you then give her a second chance and ask her out again,if she still says no then im afraid she just isnt interested.

If you feel that she still likes you then firstly you have to wait and make sure that your instinct is true. When you feel that it is the right moment to ask her out again then seize the oppurtunity, but if you really want to go all out then romance her a bit and in most cases it does work.
