Fiance wants nothing to do with me intimately

So my fiance and I have sex rarely and she wants to cut off sex till we get married in 9 months. How ever she never wants to give me head or a hand job. When she gives me a hand job or blow job she just stops after about 3mins and expects me to finish. I have tried to talk about his to her and it just ends up in a fight. I don't know what to do anymore. She does tell me she doesn't like to give me blow jobs because I am to big and it hurts her jaw and that I don't give her a chance to make the first move..... However I think I give her plenty of opportunities. I need some advice, can anyone help me????
