 You know you said you are confused? well it sounds to me like that is exactly what she is, young and very confused. As from what you say she clearly shows interest in you and would give the impression that she has some kind of feelings for you, but in my opinion i think she is very confused about her feeling and maybe even her sexuality. She may need more time to get things clear in her head, you could tell her how you feel see how she reacts and give her time to take it in. Just remember she may not be ready to admit her feelings and in that case she is likely to deny them.
And of course lets not forget she may just be a huge flirt and actually be straight, i dont think that is the case but it is possible.
