Tisha-1 agony auntWake up each morning and figure out the next teeny tiny step you need to take, that step that leads you closer to making the big change.

I personally would recommend yoga and meditation for you. The meditation serves to make you observe yourself and your thoughts, with compassion for yourself, and offers some clarity of thought. Fifteen minutes of meditation a day teaches you a LOT about yourself and where you are in life. If you do it with honesty, you will be amazed at what you can get done.

Yoga gives you balance and energy and the focus to do what needs to be done. Find a good yoga/meditation teacher, and you are on your way.

it all, depends what the change is. Sometimes it best just to make the change like pulling off a bandaid. Other times you can make a plan, work towards the change you want to make. Without details of the change it hard to give any real advice.
