But afterword I feel guilty about it. 'Cuz one is someone I've known for a while. I feel like if she knew, she'd be kind of disturbed and creeped out. Plus, I kind of like her, and I don't want to alienate her. I just feel weird about it... Also, I'm atheist, so no religious influences. It's not the masturbation itself.

What you do in private is just that; private.... You need not lay some sort of guilt trip on yourself simply for doing something that is patently normal....
Have fun...

It's quite normal for boys and men of all ages to fantasise and masturbate whilst thinking of girls they know.
Don't feel guilty about it, but do keep it to yourself and don't share it with the girl or friends.

It's completely normal to do this. I'm sure EVERY guy and many girls have. Don't feel bad for just being human.
But yeah like the other girl said, don't tell her or anybody you do this. Might start fights or you might lose her as a friend for obvious reasons.
Also, there's NOTHING wrong with using porn. Women who you date in the future who have problems with it probably have self-esteem issues and are insecure with their own bodies or abilities(I used to feel this way but got over it when I matured with age). So don't feel guilty using porn. At least not until you're actually in a serious relationship. Although, even then it should be allowed or accepted behavior as everyone does it when they are alone and don't have their boyfriend/girlfriend/husband/wife around to do it with. It's just a second option and should always be the second option. Then it's okay. =)

I think that's very normal to do. I mean so long as you don't tell her (or anyone) you're masturbating to her, I don't see the problem. Also that's totally awesome to make the choice not to use porn. Not to mention the dating benefits.
