writes: is it possible to not be in love with someone during a relationship with them and months later once you're just friends fall in love with them? i only ask because my boyfriend and i first broke up because he said he loved me, but only as a really good friend. now that its been months after hes telling me that hes deeply in love with me and that he does not understand why it didnt happen before when we were together, he just knows that its here now and that he wants to be with me.

Yes it is possible.. it happened to me myself. I was with this guy, who loved me all the way, but I just couldn't commit enough.. I thought I wasn't in love. When he broke up with me 4 months later, and left, I felt heartbroken.. more pain than I ever felt before with any other ex who I have been deeply in love with. So.. I guess I was in love.. I just didn't know it yet, just didn't realize, and it took me to loosing him, for me to finally see.
Sometimes you realize what a blessing you had, when it is not there anymore!
