 Girls act a lot like this sometimes when they like you - trust me, I do the same myself sometimes. lol But it's nothing to feel discouraged about. Some girls have this on/off way of showing boys they like them and so it's perfectly natural for her to act all flirty and smiley one minute and start giving you the cold shoulder the next. She could be playing hard to get, so you shouldn't take the bad vibes to heart. Continue to make her laugh and smile so she'll open up to you more, and the odd compliment here and there couldn't hurt.

 Well first of all u need to find out if she is single. If she is ask her. U wont know if she feels the same until u ask her out and then u will see.
