She said that i should meet her friend as i remind her of her friend. This was before i told her i liked her. We stopped talking a little but were good. Now she invited me to a meal, with her friends near new years eve, and her friend would be there. I would like to go but is it a good idea to add her friend on facebook and get talking to her friend, like saying, hi im friends with ****** etc etc I have looked what she looks like and she is cute and i think i should move on and not wait for my friend to be ready to date me.is this a good idea or should i wait until we meet at this meal with our mutual friends?

I think the other girl was letting you down easy, but this other girl sounds great! I would definitely wait to meet her and then add her afterwards. Good luck with this new girl!
