Have you tried researching vitamins and herbal remedies such as St Johns Wort, etc?
Im no psychologist, but it sounds like you may be suffering from some sort of depression. Since your relationship is important to you, I would make sure that you are 100% honest with your boyfriend about your mood swings. Until you see someone like a doctor or they subside, the two of you should come together and figure out some options as far as handiling your relationship is concerned. For example, you get mad when he goes out for coffee. Maybe he could go with you and his friend on your lunch break so that you feel included.
In any case, aside from those options, maybe its time for some good ole soul searching. Take a week off from work, rest, reflect and try and figure out why you feel the way you do.
I wish you luck!

My advice is that its sounds like you are dealing with depression. I would defenitly call a health dept n your area, find out if there is any help for low income. I was diagnosed with severe depression when I was 16 but thought taking pills made me seem crazy But now 10 years later I am now on prozac and it does help. Talk to family members because it usually runs in the family. There is help out there for you just try hard to get it.
