We still love each other.We began to have sex after 3 years when we accepted the fact that sex isn't everything in a relationship.I really miss him and we both dream about each other and we both love each other.I dont know what to do.

reader, anonymous, writes (15 July 2008): This is verified as being by the original poster of the questionI decided to give it a shot and let him know how I feel about him,but I am not sure what is going to happen.Although we were in a 3 year relationship,everything seemed to go downhill since his female bestfriend stepped into the picture.I decided to act quickly because I don't want to lose him.

I think that if you ignore the feelings, hoping they'll go away, then you'll kick yourself in 10 or 20 years time knowing that the husband that walks through the door to you could've been him.
If the feelings are that strong, don't try and put off fate. I think you'll get together anyway. Give it another go and you'll be surprised.
It sounds like he loves you and that you love him back, what can you loose, you're both single. Go for it, and good luck x
