There is a huge increase in sensitivity and pleasure for me, the female. So, I spend 60%+ of my time with my abs clenched, taking a few breaks as I go along for a twist in the sensations. At the same time, I'm a virgin (I use a toy ^) so I don't know how this feels for men. Guys: on a scale of 1-10 (10 being great) how big is the increase in pressure and pleasure when your woman clenches her abs really tight during sex, for those of you with women who do this?I do kegels too, but I never notice the difference unless I'm just sitting there and not thrusting. I have a hard time believing that my guy would notice either.Thoughts? Reply to this Question Share |

As far as the ab thing my guy never notices. I dont even know i am doing it until my stomach aches and i have to release my abs so it feels good for you but he doesn't know. Kegals are different they make you tighter around him and he can feel that.

If you are doing the kegels right, he should be able to tell! If when you do your kegels your tummy or butt flexes you aren't getting the right muscle! Its the same muscle used to stop the flow of urine! Some women (not me) who have super strong kegels can flex them so hard, the man can not get his penis out! Now tell me a guy wouldn't feel that! Plus! When you flex your pelvic muscles during sex, depending on the position, the pressure from his penis and your muscles will cause him to hit your G spot making your orgasm a 10! And yes the G spot is oh so real! Combine that with clitoral stimulation and you will be on cloud 9!Good luck babe! Hope this helps!

My partner can feel me when I do my Kegels during intercourse, it makes it feel better for both me and him. It also depends on how strong your pelvic muscles have become. The more often you do it, the better it will feel.
I just asked my partner your question and he said it would rate as an 8+ on how much it improves the pleasure.
Get clenching girl :)
