Ex 'poked' me on facebook?

Tagged as: The ex-factor<< Previous question   Next question >>
Question - (8 December 2009) 2 Answers - (Newest, 8 December 2009)
A female United Kingdom age 30-35, anonymous writes:

My ex boyfriend of 8 months dumped me last week by text because he 'didn't want the commitment of a girlfriend anymore'.

So I was upset obviously but I wished him all the best in his life and good luck with exams etc and we said our goodbyes.

Now I haven't heard from him for about 5 days, and I've applied the NC rule.

But... I logged onto my facebook earlier this evening and he'd 'poked' me.

What the hell does that mean?!

It means he's immature and doesn't know what goodbye means. My advice: continue to ignore so you can carry on getting over him.

Well im guessing he's seen you on facebook starts thinking about you, wants to talk to you but because you havent made no contact he dont wanna loose his pride and start conversating with you incase you dont reply so he thinks if i poke her she will message me, that way he saves face!
