Boy will be boys. They will talk and snicker and make jokes about you getting an erection in the locker room but that's just boys being boys.
As a part of growing up, young boys/men will get spontaneous erections for no reason at all. There is no explanation to it. You happened to obtain one while in the locker room - that's it. I'm sure these other boys get spontaneous erections like that too. And I'm sure they've gotten them in some not-so-good public places too.
Continue to have your girlfriend. You know what you like. Your girlfriend knows what you like. You don't have to prove anything to anybody. You don't have to do anything to make people think one way or the other. I've had MANY people think I was gay - which used to really get to me. But once I realized that I can't fix or change how people view me, I quit letting it bother me because I knew what I liked. My girlfriends knew what I liked. That's all that mattered.
I know it's hard to do because we live in such a homophobic society, but try not to let this bother you too much. Next you're changing in the locker room don't listen to them joke and make fun. You're growing up, don't worry about it. Hey, if you didn't get spontaneous erections, then you've got something to worry about!
