writes:I feel as if i'm going to be alone forever. I am 20 years old and all I do is school and work. I have only ever been in one relationship and that ended terribly with no closure for me (just dumped and no reason). I've had crushes on girls here and there but none of them ever go anywhere becuase I can tell that they dont like me back (and you cant force someone to like you). I know that i'm only 20 and still have my life ahead of me and all that but I still can't help but feel this way. Pretty much all of my friends around me are in relationships and I dont like being around them when they are with their boyfriend/girlfriend (or talking to them), not becuase I dont like seeing them happy but its just that I wish I had that same thing going in my life. Someone to look forward to being with at the end of the day, someone to always talk to, someone who cares about you and will be there more than just a friend. Jealousy I guess but its not effecting our friendships or anything (I dont HATE them or whish bad things upon them), in the end I am sill very happy for them and hope their relationship goes smooth and lasts forever.Like i've said, I have had several crushes on different girls but none of them ever go anywhere. Either they are already taken, dont like me back, or like someone else as well so they are busy pursuing them. I dont know what to do, i've felt like this for a while but nothing seems to make it better. Every time I meet someone I like it never goes anywhere.Any advice?

 You are very young and will meet the girl you are supposed to be with one day. Do not worry. I know the feeling of lonliness, and feeling like you will be alone forever, but what advice I can give you is to just not dwell on the lonliness, but just work at making your studies good and improving on your own life and before you know it, during all your business, you will meet her out of the blue and be happy forever. It will happen, so never you fret ok.
