Now my ex bf found a new gf cause i told him i was staying with my new bf and now am so hurt.. every night i think of my ex but i really dont want to leave my new bf.... i really need help

reader, anonymous, writes (11 January 2010): I've been there before. Looking back, when I was in that situation, I wish I would have just dropped the both of them. Its beens years now and once the hurt begins to subside you realize you needed to change things within yourself; to try and really get to the core of what you're feeling. Sometimes the answer that is the scariest to carry out is the one that will work best in the long run. Of course it's much easier said than done. In reality you never really do whats best for yourself. Only after failure does one truly come to terms with what SHOULD have been done. My advice, spend time thinking about what you really want. Not just boys and warm feelings of love.
