I dont know why you dropped out, or what other things have gone wrong in your life. All I know is that to be really happy and to find love, you first need to be happy with yourself and comfortable for a while in being alone - it sounds stupid and cheesy I know but it is true.
Take some time to be upset, then gradually stand on your own two feet and find a job, find out what you want to do with your life. There are plenty of people who are not educated but are perfectly happy with the jobs they find because they research and find something they really want to do or can give them a comfortable life. Spend time with the friends and people in your life you truly value. If you feel you dont have enough friends you will meet them while jobhunting and being out and about. And then when you are happy with your career and friends, look for love.
I have every faith things will work out for you. After every darkness and every night, a new day begins.
Good luck.
