A few weeks ago the doctor found out that i have chronic endometriosis, a bad appendix, and a cyst on my uterus. I had surgery to have all this removed, but here recently ive been experiencing pain in my upper right abdomen. This has never happened to me before and I was just wondering what it could be. I did some research online and I understand the liver produces estrogen in women, could this be linked to me having endometriosis? The pain ranges from my right upper abdomen, to the upper middle of it, into my right breast, up the right side of my neck, and in my right shoulder (also in lower back from time to time). Please help me understand what is going on. Ive been light headed recently and I'm really worried that this could eventually lead to more critical problems. Any advice? Reply to this Question Share |

Please go back and see your doctor, he will be able to tell you how your surgery went and how your body is recovering.

I would hope very much that the pain you're experiencing is related to your recent surgery. However, the best thing you can do is go back to your doctor and have another check up.

Call the surgeon's secretary or the ward you were on and let them know. If not then certain try and see your GP. I am sorry to hear about you having these problems but you need to get professional help. It constantly amazes me how many people think they can get some sort of reliable medical diagnosis over an internet forum instead of going to the doctor.
