writes: I am in a real dilemma. I am a openly gay lady with a fantastic job. My problem is that I could have just thrown all of that away.I went for a drink with my female boss the other night as she wanted to say a job well done on a project I had completed. After a few drinks she started asking me how many women I had slept with and what it was like. I knew then what she wanted. One thing led to another and we ended in my bed. The problem is she is always trying to get me alone at work and sends me really explicit emails. I dont mind - I actually find it quite sexy but I think if anything is to continue we should stay professional at work.What do you think?

If you have fun together and maybe see it as worthwhile pursuing your going to have to sit down and talk properly,workplace relations aren't always easy but any other relationship may not be any easier,good luck let us know how it turns out:-)

 Workplace romances are difficult at best. And if there is a falling out, you still have to work together! I guess I would try to talk to her and as gently as possible tell her the explicit emails make you uncomfortable and that for working hours you need to tone things down.
