Why are you opposed to make up? used conservatively and in the right way, it can do so much, just a teenie bit of mascara?if that is not an option, i think dressing maturely will help a great deal. I have no idea what your style is but pay attention to girls who are 3 years older than you. What are they wearing? get some ideas from older girls who you think are dressed well.

you don't want to look older trust me, when you hit 16 or 18 you really don't want to look like you 27 people will mistaken your age so believe me people thinking your younger then you look is a blessing so go and wave it in their faces.

You might want to take a look at what you are wearing, how you style your hair and your attitude. Attitude and conversation can get you very far as to seeming older than you really are!
In terms of clothing and hairstyle, look at other people and how they dress and pick up whatever YOU like and seems appropriate. Do not change yourself for anyone, just pick a few trendy styles. Good luck!
